Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management solution, which will grant you complete control over your e-mailbox accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a brand new mail account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. In addition, you can redirect email messages from one mail account to another, set up mail filters, create autoresponders and defend your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your email mailbox accounts against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome e-mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given e-mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for sorting your incoming mails on the basis of specific rules set by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and edit the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Simply choose the email account you wish to forward emails from, then specify the target mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your preference to access your e-mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
