Hepsia's File Manager enables you to handle the content of your website using simple point-and-click maneuvers. Right-click contextual menus offer rapid access to different file manipulation options, while user-friendly drag-and-drop functionality will allow you to upload new files from your personal computer in no time. You will also find in-built file editors and an image viewer. You will be able to zip and uncompress files easily too.
Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your desktop PC. The built-in drag-and-drop functionality will permit you to easily move files between your desktop computer and the hosting server. Simply select the file that you would like to upload from your personal computer and then drag it to your browser. The same goes for downloading a file from the File Manager to your desktop computer. On top of that, you can download files and even folders to your desktop by clicking the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager, you can create a new file or folder with just a single click of the mouse. All action buttons are conveniently located above the file/folder list and you can update your files effortlessly. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to another folder, explore the contents of a file or edit its permissions, delete a file, etc.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager, you will be able to zip and unzip all types of files. It does work astonishingly fast - simply select the files you want to make a compressed archive of and press the Compress button. You can even select the archive type (.rar, .zip, etc.). It is just as easy to extract the contents of an archive to a selected folder.
File Editors
With the File Manager GUI, you really do not need any external pieces of software to edit your files. There is an image viewer, which allows you to examine the contents of your image files to get an idea of how the images will in fact show up on your site. Also, you will find an array of built-in file editors, which will give you full authority over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are meant for more knowledgeable users, while the WYSIWYG editor (where you can view all HTML source code changes in real time) is also suitable for technically inexperienced individuals.
